Stop paying your hurt forward.

Join us for a weekend of brotherhood, skill building, and looking inward to find a new path forward.

August 11th - 13th 2023

Guys, we’re in a moment of reckoning.

Like you—like hundreds of thousands of other men—we're facing a pivot point: are we going to ignore and deny all of the feedback we've received over the years?

Or, are we going to find the courage to slow down, look inward, and step forward into new ways of being and living as men?

We were never taught the skills we needed to process and share our emotions. We’ve been turning away from ourselves our whole lives.

Now it’s time to face the hard shit.

But you don't have to face it alone

In fact, you can’t.

We need each other to reveal and unlearn the patterns of behavior that keep us trapped.

That said, if opening up in a room full of other men feels like a giant HELL NO in your body — you are not alone.

That's where we started.

We’re not going to throw you into the deep end.

We want to invite you into an experience of being in a circle of men rooted in support, and acceptance.

In this weekend training you’ll learn to trust yourself to show up fully in circle, as well as to support and be supported by your brothers.

Imagine living in a world where you didn’t feel ashamed to be a man.

We’ll guide you through a step-by-step process to learn to feel and share your experience with other men.

We have a plan.

Day One
Friday, 6 - 9pm

Build Trust
Get to know the other guys and reveal the frameworks that are holding you back.

Day Two
Saturday, 9am - 6pm

Build Relationships
Go on a guided journey to gather data and explore our shared experiences.

Day Three
Sunday, 9am - 12:30pm

Build Your Team
Support one another in stepping into a new story and leave with a felt sense of brotherhood.

We need you.

Every one of us has something to contribute. Every one of us brings our own unique insights, background, and challenges.

What you have to share may be exactly what the man next to you needs to hear to open up.

The work we do in circle ripples out into our lives.

Breaking the cycles that bind us begins with stepping into the circle.

Are you ready? Join us.

We’re in this work with you…

For us, this work is rooted in our friendship, as well as our individual journeys of healing. How we show up to support one another is intrinsic to our work as facilitators in this program.

Greg says: I’m a coach and facilitator who helps liberate men from the binds that keep us stuck, stressed, and in shame. I work a lot at the intersection of race and masculinity, helping white-bodied men wrestle with their place in the world. I do other things too. I live in Seattle with my wife Melinda and my dog Buckley.

Jordan says: I'm a facilitator, martial artist, and self-defense instructor. I help men to identify and unlearn the obstacles that block us from meaningful, supportive friendships with each other. I live in Seattle, where I enjoy spending time with my niece, making comics, and being in the woods.

Here’s what you get…

  • 14 Hours of Live Content and Practice: We’ll meet from 6-9, Friday, 8/11, from 9a-6p Saturday, 8/12, and from 9a - 12:30p Sunday, 8/13. Our sessions will be made up of short teaching bursts along with individual, small group, and large group practice where you will learn the three primary meta-skills that will make you an excellent team member.

  • 4 Weeks of Ongoing Support: Following the weekend, you will get four weeks of support in this group’s private Discord channel where we will support you in integrating the material, and staying connected to the other men you went through the program with. We’ll also invite you to a closing integration call to reconnect and see how the work is moving in your life.

  • 18 Powerful Soft Skills: Guided practice and feedback to feel confident in 3 meta relational skills (seeking support, holding space, and self-awareness) and the 18 core connection skills they are composed of (listening, reflecting, tracking body language, etc).

  • A Unique Experience Curated for Your Group: Questions curated specifically to the group’s experience to explore the ways our story of how to be men blocks us from connection with ourselves and one another.

  • Weekly Check-Ins/Practice Sessions: Optional 15 min check-in/practice calls with other participants throughout the series

  • Course Guidebook: Version 2.0 of the course guidebook - this time with pictures!

Your investment…

This course is limited to fifteen men. Our ask is that you be willing to show up for the entire weekend, not just for yourself, but for your brothers in this cohort, and for the process. Plan on having quiet and low-key evenings Friday and Saturday so you can stay in the process, even when at home.

The early-bird price for this weekend prototype is $325 through July 31st. After, the cost is $375. This is an opportunity to help us refine this process, and as such, it will likely not be offered at this price again.

We also have options for payment plans and sliding scale pricing if the cost will be an obstacle for you to be in this work with us.

Your circle is waiting, are you ready?

We totally get that a full weekend and $325-$375 is quite an investment, especially if you haven’t met us yet. If you’ve still got questions or concerns, we’d be happy to hop on a call with you.
